Santa’s Elves Tiers of Services: 

1. Client provides all existing decor.  VVC Design only uses the client decor. 

2. Client provides some existing decor.  VVC Design supplements with newly sourced decor. 

3. VVC Design supplies all decor items (trees, garlands, ornaments, etc.) 

Process: 

1. Book your date.  This is most important step due to limited availability. In order to secure your date, a non-refundable $500 deposit must be paid within 48 hours of scheduling. 

2. Schedule a consultation with Veronica.  During this meeting, we will discuss your vision for each part of your holiday decor and budget.  Before the consultation collect images to share (the more the better) and a list of personal decor items you would like to include. 

3. A service agreement will be signed.

4. Sit back, relax, and let the VVC Design Christmas elves do the rest! We will show up on your installation day ready to go.  We will set-up, sweep/vacuum (using client's tools), and place garbage and boxes in a designated area of the client’s request. 

Item/Decor Pricing:   

Pricing can differ based on the scope of the installation.  If VVC Design services are used, the client will receive discounts on specialty items ordered through to-the-trade vendors.  With the installation services, specialty pricing on items is as follows: 

• Custom ordered items: up to 30% discount 

• Trees: 20% discount

• Store purchased items (ex: Hobby Lobby, etc.):  20% fee will be added to the item.  This covers the cost of shopping/sourcing. 

• Sales tax shipping fees (when applicable) will be added on all items. 

*Many items that are ordered are from to the trade vendors and therefore are final sale.*  

Installation Pricing: 

• Prices start at $80 an hour for one person, and $40 per hour for each additional person. 

• Minimum pricing per installation job: $500.  This does NOT include any decor items.  Minimum price is for labor only. 

• Most "normal" sized installations (one tree, stair banister, a couple mantles) require 2 people across 5-6 hours for new jobs.  Each year after the process is much faster. 

• All client materials need to be pulled from the attic, garage, etc. and placed in the room the items belong in BEFORE the crew arrives. 

Take-Down Pricing: 

• $80 an hour for one person and $40 per hour for each additional person. 

• Minimum $320 per job  

• If organization supplies are needed (bins, storage bags, bubble wrap, etc.), you have the option for VVC Design to provide these items at a fee. 

Santa’s Elves Full Service Installation Dates:  Nov, 2, 16, & Dec. 7.  Early installs in October are available upon request.  If none of these options work, please message me to see if we can work things out (no Sundays).
